Accessibility Statement
Accessibility of this website: the measures taken, known gaps and how to contact us.

simpliqra aims to make simpliqra.com usable on any device, in any browser and with any assistive technology. This statement sets out what has been done, which shortcomings remain and how to report a problem.
Our approach
We regard accessible pages as ordinary maintenance work at simpliqra rather than an additional feature. Every new page and every change to the design is checked to make sure the text remains readable, the navigation remains usable without a mouse and no information is carried by colour alone. The statement applies to simpliqra.com only.
Limitations we know of
Some pictures are general illustrations and carry a short alternative text rather than a detailed description.
Feedback
Please report any accessibility problem you encounter by email to hello@simpliqra.com or by telephone on 01473 589214. A short description of the page, of the difficulty and of the device or assistive technology involved allows us to reproduce the fault. We normally answer within five working days and explain what we intend to do about it.
Measures taken
The site is built from semantic HTML with a logical heading structure, one main heading per page and descriptive link texts. The main content and the navigation are marked as separate regions, and every page declares its language for screen readers. Informative images have text alternatives, decorative ones are marked as such.
Body text, links and buttons reach a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1. Because sizes are relative, zooming in or increasing the font size in the browser does not break the layout, and every part of the site can be operated with a keyboard.
Conformance
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. The site is currently partially conformant: most content meets the guidelines, while the points listed below do not yet. Where a requirement cannot be met right away, we provide the information in another way.
Other ways to reach us
If a page on simpliqra.com does not work for you, the same information can be obtained without using the website. We can be reached by telephone on 01473 589214, by email at hello@simpliqra.com and by post at 14 Quayside Works, Foundry Lane, Ipswich IP4 1DT. On request we will forward the content of a page in another form, for example as a plain text document.
Preparation of this statement
The present statement was prepared on 22 October 2026 on the basis of our own internal assessment. We inspected the principal page types with a keyboard, at an increased zoom setting and with a screen reader; no external audit was commissioned. The statement is reviewed once a year and after any substantial change to the website.
